Dallas Center-Grimes has developed a 10-year plan for technology to promote fiscal responsibility and transparency with our stakeholders. It's not perfect, but it's been incredibly beneficial to show where our dollars are going and why "No" is sometimes the only answer we can provide. Participants will leave with a copy of our template and are encouraged to bring their own district technology budgets to share.
